Overview
Bill Dempsey practices in Stoel Rives’ Litigation group, where he assists in all aspects of the litigation of complex, document-intensive matters, with a focus in eDiscovery.
Prior to becoming a staff attorney, Bill was a contract attorney in Stoel Rives’ Litigation group (2017–2022), assisting in a wide range of cases including public works litigation, low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) matters, and other commercial disputes. Before working with Stoel Rives, Bill worked in a similar capacity as a contract attorney with several Seattle-area law firms and corporations.
