Overview
Tyler Killeen represents individual and business clients before federal and state courts, private arbitration panels, and federal agencies. In his practice, Tyler handles disputes ranging from complex commercial matters to consumer protection, antitrust, and regulatory and constitutional compliance.
As a litigator, Tyler brings substantial experience in motion practice, e-discovery, and case management.
As a trusted advisor and advocate, Tyler endeavors to resolve disputes outside of litigation when possible, and he advises clients on compliance and mitigation techniques that can reduce the likelihood of litigation. Tyler has counseled industry-leading clients on maintaining compliance with marketing and consumer-protection laws and assisted in navigating corporate governance and trade-secret disputes.
In addition to his time at Stoel Rives, Tyler has worked as senior counsel at Intel Corporation and as a judicial law clerk at the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon.
