Overview
With a passion for environmental and natural resources issues, Tiffany Wang advises and advocates for clients on a wide range of litigation and regulatory-related matters. She is experienced in litigating claims brought under the Endangered Species Act, Marine Mammal Protection Act, and the Clean Water Act, as well as other federal and state environmental statutes. She also defends clients in federal and state environmental enforcement proceedings. In addition to her litigation practice, Tiffany helps clients navigate and comply with complex regulatory schemes.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Tiffany was a judicial law clerk to Judge Bradley A. Maxa of the Washington Court of Appeals, Division II. During law school, she was a legal extern with the U.S. Department of Agriculture and a summer law clerk with the Alaska Attorney General’s Office in the Environmental Section.
