Overview
A Minnesota Certified Paralegal (MnCP), Tammy Mayer has over 25 years’ experience in complex real estate law and assists with all aspects of commercial real estate and renewable energy transactions, from acquisitions and sales to financing and zoning, and provides broad real estate support to a variety of practice groups including renewable energy, real estate litigation, trust and estates, and corporate. She has extensive experience with county records research, title review and title claims, commercial leasing review and drafting, and real estate-oriented litigation/Torrens proceedings.
Tammy spent her first 10 years at a general practice law firm and title insurance company where she gained a broad foundation in the law and real estate title. More recently she worked as a senior right-of-way agent managing acquisition and conditional use/DNR/Corps of Engineer permitting for a major utility company's transmission lines/wind generators.
