Overview

Sten Eccles-Irwin is an associate in Stoel Rives’ Corporate group working on a wide variety of corporate matters including corporate reorganizations, loan transactions, mergers and acquisitions, preferred stock financings, and advising clients on compliance the Corporate Transparency Act.

Prior to joining Stoel Rives, Sten was a legal department summer intern with Lotame Solutions, Inc. and a summer associate with Stoel Rives.
