Stacey Ravetta offers clients more than 20 years of experience in complex business transactions. With a strong background in both law firm and in-house roles, Stacey excels in helping clients navigate their intellectual property and corporate transactional matters.
Stacey focuses her practice for clients in a wide range of industries and strives to understand each client’s business and their unique legal needs. Stacey regularly acts as outside general counsel to growth and middle market companies in a variety of industries.
Prior to joining Stoel Rives, Stacey was a partner at an AmLaw 50 law firm and held general counsel positions for an Asia-focused private equity fund, an innovation services company, and an infrastructure as a service provider and a senior counsel position for a publicly traded pharmaceutical company.
