- Represented borrower in a significant capital loan ($300+ million) related to the office component of an extensive multiuse development.
- Represented purchaser in acquisition of $55 million student housing facility in Tampa, Florida, and related $35 million Fannie Mae financing.
- Represented purchaser in acquisition of $47 million apartment complex in Tacoma, Washington, and related acquisition/rehabilitation financing.
- Represented seller of $13 million office building in Bellevue, Washington.
- Represented purchaser in acquisition of $15 million apartment project in Lynnwood, Washington, and related assumption of $9 million Freddie Mac loan.
- Represented joint venture partner in $75 million sale of its partnership interests in a national affordable housing portfolio of more than 30 properties throughout the U.S.
- Represented purchaser in land acquisition, joint venture, and construction financing for development of apartment project in Sammamish, Washington.
- Represented East Coast-based purchaser of $500 million affordable housing portfolio in the southeastern U. S.
- Represented borrowers as local Washington counsel in connection with multiple Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans and loan assumptions.
