Overview

Rachelle Collins assists clients in a variety of matters at the trial and appellate level, including commercial contract disputes, real estate and condemnation litigation, and class actions. She has experience analyzing legal issues for complex business disputes, drafting motions and other filings in state and federal court, and managing discovery.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Rachelle was a law clerk and legal assistant, where she gained meaningful litigation experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury and medical malpractice matters. Rachelle was also a legal extern at the Office of the General Counsel for the University of Oregon and a law clerk at Legal Aid Services of Oregon.
