Overview
Pearl Dixon is a corporate attorney focusing on mergers and acquisitions and finance. Pearl has experience representing renewable energy clients in acquiring and financing solar and wind projects, including tax equity financing. Pearl has also represented start-up and early-stage companies in private placements.
