Patrick Hartigan is the senior paralegal in the Intellectual Property practice group. He practices in domestic and foreign trademark prosecution and has experience in copyright and domain name protection.
Patrick’s experience in writing and the arts in general brings a creative slant to the practice of trademark law. Patrick has 17 years’ experience as a trademark paralegal. He has assisted firm attorneys at trademark law presentations in formal seminars and with client outreach. Patrick’s current portfolio includes clients whose businesses cover a wide range of products and services, from local artisan distillers to international machine parts distributors.
