Overview
Maya Kadado is an attorney in Stoel Rives’ Corporate group. She focuses on corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, and other complex business transactions.
During law school, Maya was the president of the Middle Eastern and South Asian Law Student Association, the treasurer for Student Advocates for Immigrant Justice, and an articles editor for Washington Law Review. In her final year, she worked as a CLUE Leader at the University of Washington Foster School of Business for the “Introduction to Law” course, where she led review sessions for undergraduate students. Maya was also a legal extern with the Seattle Clemency Project and a summer associate with Stoel Rives for two years.
