Overview
Mark Morgan counsels local and national employers in a variety of employment-related matters. In addition to advising employers on policies, handbooks, accommodations, and other employment practices, Mark represents companies in class action disputes. His litigation work also includes defending employers in federal and state court in all areas of employment law, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, unfair competition, and other state and federal law claims. Mark also conducts workplace investigations for private and public sector clients.

- Defend companies in employment-related litigation and class actions, including answering the complaint, responding to discovery, conducting witness interviews, and drafting dispositive motions.
