Margaret Kushner is a retired partner of the firm. Margaret’s business practice emphasized the structuring, formation and advising of business entities and their owners and the negotiation and documentation of complex transactions. - Represented manufacturer in connection with dispositions of dealerships (some operated by LLCs and some by corporations), dissolutions and modifications of joint venture LLCs with dealers, and sale of specialty vehicles division and structuring of equity participation in purchaser LLC, 2005 through 2010.
