Overview
Leihren Hipke is a real estate specialist/client liaison in the firm’s Real Estate group. Leihren has experience in commercial real estate finance including lending, construction lending, mezzanine and intercreditor arrangements, leasing, property acquisitions and dispositions, foreclosures, loan sales and participations, and complex loan workouts. She coordinates closing transactions including document preparation, due diligence review and analysis, and resolving title, survey, and zoning issues.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Leihren was a paralegal with Aegon Asset Management in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
