- Prepare and submit documents to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office including patent application- and prosecution-related documents.
- Prepare documents relating to maintaining foreign and domestic patents or applications for patents.
- Prepare and file documents associated with intellectual property transactions.
- Working knowledge of and experience with several commercially available intellectual property docketing platforms.
