Overview
Kate Shepherd is a litigator who has represented clients in business and commercial litigation matters in state and federal court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings. She has participated in all stages of litigation, provided comprehensive legal analysis, and drafted pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Kate was a judicial law clerk and a judicial extern with the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, a certified law clerk with the Federal Public Defender of Oregon, and an intern with the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic.
