Overview
Jessica Morrison brings more than 10 years of experience to bear to her work as a paralegal in Stoel Rives’ Real Estate group. She has experience managing various construction litigation, surety, real estate, business litigation, and commercial lending cases. Jessica has drafted discovery, subpoenas, applications for pro-hac vice, and other discovery pleadings, as well as first versions of form complaints, motions and answers. She files and serves complaints, motions, oppositions, demurrers, and other pleadings using e-filing and litigation support vendors.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Jessica was a paralegal with several San Diego-area law firms and for Stoel Rives’ partner Kirsten Worley, who owned and operated a law firm from 2017 to 2019.
