Overview
Heather Magga is a paralegal in Stoel Rives’ Litigation group. She has worked on matters in many areas of the law, including employment law, environmental, land use, corporate, construction, and civil rights law. Heather has experience providing support in all phases of litigation, including case review, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal. Her responsibilities include document review and production, deposition preparation, case management, legal document preparation, legal research on various civil procedure and substantive law issues, and trial support.
