Overview
Harlan Webster practices in Stoel Rives’ Energy Development group. Harlan has a variety of experience drafting power purchase agreements, due diligence reports for acquisitions, and renewable energy certificates.
Harlan was an extern (2023) and summer associate (2022) with Stoel Rives and a legal intern with the Center for Natural Lands Management (2021). Earlier in his career, he held positions of increasing responsibility, culminating with vice president, with Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated, a commercial real estate firm.
