Overview
Hailey Stauffer-Person is a corporate attorney with experience researching, drafting, and reviewing contracts for various types of transactions and drafting corporate bylaws and other incorporation documents. She has researched, drafted, and edited appellate briefs for the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel and for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Hailey was summer associate at Stoel Rives LLP and a law clerk at a small law firm. She earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Portland State University in 2023. Prior to becoming an attorney, Hailey managed a large paint retail store serving both professional and DIY clients in the Portland Metro area.
