Overview
Gabrielle Lindquist is a litigator with experience in various litigation areas, such as product liability, intellectual property, civil rights, environmental, immigration, insurance, and real estate/property, among others. She has drafted motions and other pleadings for cases in both state and federal court, including summary judgment motions, motions to compel, 12(b)6 motions, notices of removal, and complaints, and argued summary judgment and other motions.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Gabrielle was a law clerk for The Honorable Percy Anderson of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. While attending law school, she was an admitted spokesperson for the Tulalip Tribes and a student volunteer with the Tulalip Tribes Public Defense Clinic, where she advocated for public defense clients in tribal court, and a summer law clerk with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Washington.
