Overview
Darise Holland is a paralegal in Stoel Rives’ Labor & Employment group where she focuses on assisting in a variety of matters including wage and hour issues; disability accommodation; retaliation, harassment, and discrimination claims; wrongful termination; and class action cases. She is experienced in providing trial and deposition support, managing trial exhibits, coordinating large document productions, analyzing cases and identifying defense strategies, drafting discovery, and conducting initial review of new matters. Darise has worked with and has deep knowledge of federal, state, and appellate courts. She takes pride in her ability to home in on the primary issue in a case and assist attorneys in identifying the most efficient way to defend the client.
Before becoming a paralegal, Darise was a practice assistant at Stoel Rives, providing civil litigation support to five attorneys in class action, commercial, securities, and health care litigation, and appellate matters. She has more than 30 years of legal experience.
