Overview
Daniel Palacios is an energy transactional associate in Stoel Rives’ Energy group.
Earlier in his career, Daniel worked in the California and Texas offices of several major international law firms, where he represented renewables companies, emerging companies, banks, and private equity sponsors, among others, in complex debt finance transactions. While attending law school, he was a student attorney in the school’s Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic and a summer law clerk with the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund.
