Overview
Caleb Calhoun is a corporate attorney with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting, and general corporate governance.
Prior to joining Stoel as an associate, Caleb was a compliance analyst in the legal department for an aerospace and defense government contractor, a summer associate at Stoel Rives, a legal intern with the University of Idaho Immigration Clinic, and a law clerk in a small business law office. With his diverse background in both the business and legal setting, Caleb is prepared to serve clients in their corporate needs.
