Overview
Brian Bollt is an associate in Stoel Rives’ Technology & Intellectual Property group where he specializes in litigation. Brian applies a thoughtful top-down approach so he can tackle potential or actual disputes while never losing sight of the client’s goals.
Brian externed for Judge Michael H. Simon of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon. Brian also gained experience working as a summer associate and as a law clerk with several prominent firms.
Prior to law school, Brian honed his analytical approach to problem-solving through his work as an undergraduate research assistant with both the Gewirth Research Group and the JRL Research Group at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
