Overview
Brandon Vinsant is a paralegal in Stoel Rives’ Litigation group, where his work spans a variety of complex individual and commercial disputes. His experience includes handling pre-litigation investigations, litigated matters in state and federal courts as well as assisting clients with responding to regulatory inquiries and subpoenas for records. Brandon has valuable experience in fact gathering, records review and economic damage analysis. His role involves working with teams that represent both defendants and plaintiffs, showcasing his ability to navigate diverse legal scenarios.
Prior to working at Stoel, Brandon worked in insurance defense litigation involving commercial, liability, homeowners, and auto lines of insurance.
