Overview

Bojan Manojlovic represents clients in commercial litigation and high-stakes complex products liability litigation, including mass tort, class actions, and multidistrict litigation. He has worked with clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device, life sciences, consumer products, food, nutritional supplements, cosmetics, new and emerging technology, and industrial services sectors, among others. During his time in-house at a medical device company, Bojan served as the lead on a wide variety of transactional matters, managed the compliance program and all related efforts, and led the litigation and dispute resolution activities.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Bojan was associate general counsel with Canon Medical Informatics, Inc. Since 2021, he has served as an adjunct professor of legal writing, research, and reasoning at the University of Minnesota Law School. Before law school, Bojan taught high school math and science, and brings with him a passion for mentorship, learning, and teaching.
