Overview
Andrew Pike practices in Stoel Rives’ Litigation group. Andrew has worked on a variety of cases including securities fraud class actions, consumer products class actions, Fair Credit Reporting Act violations, contract disputes, and complex personal injury/wrongful death cases. He has provided pro bono counsel to migrants seeking asylum and relief from deportation under the Convention Against Torture.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Andrew was a term law clerk for the Honorable Deborah L. Cook of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Experience
- Assistance with all aspects of a variety of complex litigation matters from initial pleadings through written discovery, depositions, dispositive motion practice, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
- Taken and defended fact depositions and represented client in plaintiff’s deposition of third parties.
- Participated in class action defense of major industrial company from allegations of securities fraud. Efforts spanned four years of litigation and extensive discovery and motion practice, as well as multiple rounds of mediation.
- Assumed lead role in defense of major credit bureau in numerous Fair Credit Reporting Act cases in courts nationwide, working closely with client at all stages from initial pleadings through fact development, discovery, motion practice, and settlement.
- Defense major manufacturer of hand sanitizer and other hygiene products against allegations of false and misleading marketing.
