Overview
Angela Gifford is an experienced paralegal with over 15 years of litigation experience. After years of working with attorneys, she has fine-tuned what she feels is the principal duty of a paralegal: to make her attorney (and thus, the client) look good. She focuses on assisting the Labor and Employment group in a variety of matters including contract disputes, wage and hour claims, union campaigns, wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment. Her experience includes providing trial and deposition support, managing trial exhibits, coordinating large document productions, analyzing cases and identifying defense strategies, drafting discovery, and conducting initial review of new matters. Angela takes pride in her ability to hone in on the primary issue in a case and in assisting her attorneys in identifying the most efficient way to defend the client.
Prior to joining the firm, Angela was a senior litigation paralegal at a law firm, and worked as an in-house paralegal for a large insurance company.
