Overview

Ali Harris is a litigation attorney who represents clients in complex commercial litigation cases. Her practice focuses on matters involving Washington Consumer Protection Act claims, insurance coverage litigation, contract disputes, class actions, and economic torts such as fraud and business disparagement. Ali also has experience defending personal injury matters involving high-value negligence claims. Ali represents clients across a wide range of industries, including insurance, transportation, and financial services. She advocates for clients through all stages of litigation in state and federal courts, including mediation, arbitration, and trial.

Ali maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on protecting constitutional rights and assisting survivors of domestic violence in obtaining protection orders.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Ali served as a judicial extern to the Honorable John C. Coughenour of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. Prior to law school, she gained valuable litigation experience while working at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Washington.
