Overview

Alex Pearson is an associate in the Corporate practice group and is a member of the Energy Industry Group. Alex advises renewable energy sponsors and developers in project finance matters as well as issues concerning the acquisition, development, and sale of renewable energy projects. Alex regularly advises on structuring of and negotiates construction, bridge and term debt facilities, letter of credit facilities, and tax equity investments.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Alex was a summer associate with the firm; a legal intern with the Office of Program Research, Washington State Legislature; and a paralegal and legal assistant.
