Overview
Alaina Harrington assists clients through all phases of litigation with a focus on critical motions and appeals. She draws upon her general counsel experience to translate complicated legal issues into practical and clear advice for her clients. At Stoel Rives, Alaina focuses on complex commercial disputes, including cases arising from commercial contracts, business torts, and regulatory issues.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Alaina served as outside general counsel to mission-driven organizations in the health care industry and advised business executives on governance and compliance issues, workplace disputes, and strategic affiliations.
