Overview
As Chief Information Officer, Adam Nelson is responsible for realizing the firm’s vision for, and strategic alignment of, all business technology. A dynamic, focused, and adaptive leader with strong cross-functional team-building skills, Adam oversees day-to-day functioning for a team of engineering, operations, support, and training technologists serving 10 offices across the country.
Adam has held IT leadership roles for more than 15 years, including progressive elevation at Stoel Rives. This unique combination of expertise and institutional knowledge amplifies his performance as the executive leader of enterprise technology. He is able to mentor and motivate teams to achieve peak performance, as well as drive innovative technology adoption across administrative functions. Adam prides himself on being a relationship builder with exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Adam’s charter is to deliver innovative technology that serves people and strengthens performance throughout the firm. He has a demonstrated history of partnering with and counseling stakeholders in defining and executing complex initiatives involving technology to accelerate business growth.
