Stoel Rives Ranked by Construction Executive Magazine Among Top Construction Law Firms
PORTLAND, Ore.—Stoel Rives has made Construction Executive’s “The Top 50 Construction Law Firms” for a fourth consecutive year. The magazine evaluates firms on several factors for the annual listing, including a firm’s construction practice revenue, the number of attorneys in the practice, and the number of industry clients served.
The attorneys of Stoel Rives’ construction and design practice work with clients from conception through completion of a project, including selection of the contracting approach, arranging financing, advising on tax issues, securing licensing and regulatory approvals, negotiating contracts, advising on risk management and mitigation (including insurance and bonding), and advocating on claims that may arise during or following construction. They have worked on public and private construction projects throughout the United States, including major public works, infrastructure projects, power and fuel generating facilities, industrial projects, high tech manufacturing plants, office towers, hotels, resorts, shopping malls, and all types of residential development.
The Construction and Design practice group has also been recognized nationally for nearly a decade in Tier 1 for Construction Litigation and Construction Law in the U.S. News – Best Lawyers® “Best Law Firms” rankings.
Construction Executive magazine, first published by Associated Builders and Contractors Services Corp. in 2003, serves as “the leading source for news, market developments and business issues impacting the construction industry.”
