Stoel Rives Completes Portland Office Relocation to Park Avenue West

PORTLAND - Stoel Rives LLP is pleased to announce it is now open for business at its new location at Park Avenue West Tower in downtown Portland. The firm completed its relocation from the Standard Insurance Center – the largest office relocation in Portland’s history – over Memorial Day weekend.

Stoel Rives occupies the top nine floors of Park Avenue West Tower, approximately 131,000 square feet of office space. The new office space features a variety of unique design elements, including interconnecting staircases, a deck wrapping around the 29th floor, collaboration and hoteling office space and state-of-the-art technology.

Moving offices has virtually been a once in a lifetime experience for the Oregon-based firm: this latest relocation is only the fourth Portland office move since Stoel Rives was founded in 1907.  In 1911, the firm moved to Portland’s first skyscraper (the Yeon Building) where it remained until 1970, when the firm moved into the then Georgia-Pacific Building (now the Standard Insurance Center).  Forty-six years later, the firm is now the anchor tenant of Portland’s newest downtown office building.
