Stoel Rives Adds Corporate and Real Estate Services Depth to Sacramento Office
Sacramento, CA — Stoel Rives LLP, a full-service U.S. business law firm, is pleased to announce that Matthew J. Decker and Lesley D. Berger have joined its Sacramento office.
Decker is a real estate transactional attorney with significant experience in real estate financings and renewable energy developments. He also handles corporate matters related to entity formation and restructuring, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. Decker earned his law degree from Boston University School of Law and currently serves as Board President for the River City Food Bank. Before joining Stoel Rives, he practiced at Weintraub Tobin (2014-2015) and Downey Brand LLP (2008-2014).
Berger is a transactional specialist with more than 30 years of law office experience with complex real estate transactions and business entity formations. Prior to joining the firm she was a senior paralegal at Morrison & Foerster LLP.
In recent months, the firm has added construction litigator Ryan Wood, oil and gas attorney Eric Skanchy, and corporate partner Chris Russell.
