Michelle Rudd Named to Savoy Magazine Most Influential Black Lawyers List

Savoy’s Most Influential Black Lawyers list is the latest addition to the magazine’s recognition of influential African American professionals, which includes a Most Influential Black Executives and a Most Influential Black Women listing. Savoy Magazine is a national publication covering all aspects of the African American lifestyle, from entertainment to sports, business to politics, and design to style.
Rudd focuses her practice on community development issues related to condemnation and eminent domain and land use permitting, and she works with municipal agencies, private utilities and property owners in achieving resolution in a variety of condemnation actions. She is also experienced in land use law including permitting, responses to notices of land use violations and zone and comprehensive plan changes as well as property tax issues. She has been listed in Best Lawyers in America® for the past five years, is currently listed in both the eminent domain and land use areas, and was selected as the Portland Eminent Domain & Condemnation Law Lawyer of the Year in 2014.
