Idaho Business Review Names Nick Gourley to its Class of 2025 Accomplished Under 40
BOISE, Idaho—Stoel Rives LLP is pleased to announce that associate Nick Gourley has been selected as a member of the Idaho Business Review Accomplished Under 40—Class 2025, which “honors Idaho business and professional leaders who have achieved success before the age of 40.” The honorees, chosen for their professional achievement, leadership, mentorship, and community service, will be celebrated at an awards event on June 10, 2025, at Boise Centre West in downtown Boise.
A corporate attorney at Stoel Rives, Gourley guides businesses at every development stage, from startups to late-stage multinational companies, through complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity financings, joint ventures, investment fund formations, securities regulation and compliance, and corporate governance matters.
Gourley has been instrumental in helping clients sell their businesses to large conglomerates and strategic buyers and represents buyers in business acquisitions and roll-ups. His clients include business leaders in Idaho and national companies primarily headquartered in the Western United States.
A veteran who served as a Green Beret in the U.S. Army Special Forces before attending law school, Gourley helped form Stoel’s Veterans Outreach Group in 2021 and is an advocate for veterans at the firm and in the local community.
Leadership Boise selected Gourley to its 2025 class of emerging leaders in Boise. A two-year civic engagement program run by the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Boise trains young professionals about business, government, and community sectors working together to address the critical issues that impact Idaho.
