GlobeSt.com Selects Allison Reynolds as a ‘Rising Star’ Among its 2024 Women of Influence

PORTLAND, Ore.—Stoel Rives LLP Rives is pleased to announce that GlobeSt.com has named land use partner Allison J. Reynolds as a 2024 Woman of Influence in the category of Rising Star. The Women of Influence awards honor women in the commercial real estate industry who “have personally impacted the market and have significantly driven the industry to new heights via their outstanding successes.” The winners will be celebrated on July 23 during the 5^th annual GlobeSt.com Women of Influence Conference in Lake Tahoe, California.

Reynolds, who practices in Stoel Rives’ Environment, Land Use & Natural Resources group, counsels real estate developers, property owners, and operators through all land use entitlement process phases before local governments. Her knowledge of permitting and real estate development regulations, business, and politics makes her a sought-after counselor for various development projects meant to stimulate economic growth and neighborhood revitalization. Reynolds has worked on high-impact development projects—including waterfront redevelopment, affordable housing, inclusionary housing, historic building repositioning, and public-private partnerships—shaping cities and setting policy for future CRE development.

Active in the business and development communities, Reynolds has volunteer leadership roles with NAIOP (the Commercial Real Estate Development Association), Oregon Smart Growth, and the Portland Metro Chamber.

At Stoel Rives, Reynolds co-founded and leads the firm’s “Dirt and Development” group, which brings together attorneys in every practice group involved in Portland development work. She also serves on Stoel Rives’ recruiting committee in Portland and is a coach and mentor to the firm’s young attorneys.
