Duff Bryant Named New Corporate Practice Group Leader

Portland, Ore. — Stoel Rives is pleased to announce that Duff Bryant is the new Practice Group Leader (PGL) for the firm’s Corporate group. Bryant, who previously chaired the Mergers & Acquisitions practice within the Corporate group, will be responsible for the day-to-day management of more than 80 attorneys and paralegals and will serve on the firm’s Practice Management Committee. Bryant, who practices in the firm’s Seattle office, succeeds Jason M. Brauser, who served as the PGL for the past four years.
