Wendy Goffe Breaks Down Prenup Mistakes
In The News
Seattle estate planning partner and American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) Fellow Wendy Goffe talks mistakes made in premarital agreements by estate planning and family law attorneys in a new episode of Trust and Estate Talk, ACTEC’s podcast. Goffe says one of the most common errors she sees is that provisions that apply at the death of a party in a premarital, post-marital, or cohabitation agreement are not also incorporated into the person’s will or revocable trust.
