Rose E. Tucker Charitable Trust Grants $1 Million Gift

Stoel Rives Partner Terry Pancoast was quoted in the Portland Business Journal article regarding a recent $1 million gift to Portland State University. The gift, given by the Rose E. Tucker Charitable Trust where Terry is a Trustee, is earmarked to fund scholarships and other support for the PSU Honors Program.

"We feel that having a strong urban university is important for a number of reasons both for the people it serves in the community as well as for its impact on the economy and cultural life the community, said Pancoast. "It seemed like if Portland State could build up its honors program and hopefully make it into an honors college that it would provide a core that could radiate out through the university and into the community."
