Probably Not Anymore,” litigator Corey Day and labor & employment attorney Bryan Hawkins offer some considerations for employers in the wake of a recent ruling by Federal Trade Commission that bans noncompetes—agreements that generally prevent employees from seeking employment in the same or a similar field, within a given geographic distance, for a period of time after their current employment ends.
