Client Green Diamond Resource Company Acquires 600,000 Acres of South Central Oregon Timberland

Client Green Diamond Resource Company, a family-owned forest products company that owns and manages forests in Oregon, Washington and California, recently purchased approximately 600,000 acres of South Central Oregon timberland from JWTR, LLC of Klamath Falls, Ore. Stoel Rives served as lead counsel for Green Diamond in the acquisition, which encompassed essentially all the timberlands and operating assets of JWTR, LLC and its affiliated companies.

Greg Corbin served as leader of the deal team, which also included Adam Dittman, Kirk Maag, Sarah Stauffer Curtiss and Sue Graham-Schuyler.
