Confidants and Mentors

I am incredibly lucky because I work with people that I enjoy seeing every single day. I consider them not only colleagues, but also friends and mentors, many of them people that I have worked with for my entire career. They have been models to me to show me how to grow in my practice, how to strengthen client relationships and deliver excellent client service. They have also been wonderful confidants and mentors on work and life out outside of work, so dealing with aging and ill parents, dealing with balancing children and childcare, and I feel incredibly lucky to have that mentorship around me. Now I have the privilege of giving back to those that are in the next generation coming up below me, and I hope that I can deliver the same level of guidance, training, and mentorship that I was lucky enough to receive.
