Who should attend?
Construction attorneys, in-house counsel (public and private), developers, owners, contractors, design professionals, and construction consultants.
CLE credits
Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit will be applied for only in AK, CA, ID, OR, UT, and WA. CLE accreditation is not guaranteed, and CLE accreditation approval can take two to six weeks or longer depending on the jurisdiction.
For CLE in all other jurisdictions, a Certificate of Attendance will be provided to attendees for their personal submission. Acceptance of certificates is determined by the submitted jurisdiction.
