This presentation by Jacob Goldberg (Stoel Rives), John Rake (Larkins Vacura Kayser) and Stanton Gallegos (Markowitz Herbold) will provide an overview of nonseller liability under the Oregon Securities Law, contrasts with Washington and California blue sky laws, and other hot topics related to non-seller liability, including reasonable care defense issues.
