American Bar Association: 43rd Spring Conference

Please join Stoel Rives partner Kevin Beaton at the American Bar Association (ABA) 43rd Spring Conference, the leading environmental, energy and resources law conference. Beaton will be speaking in the "Hot Topics in Water Quality" breakout session.

The conference will include nine breakout sessions on topics such as infrastructure, brownfields, and renewable energy trends and issues. Panels will inform practitioners on air, water, enforcement and waste issues. In addition, there will be four all-conference plenaries, a Supreme Court update session, and an international in-house counsel panel to address key legal components to these environmental, energy and resources topics.
