Wendy Olson Receives Idaho State Bar’s 2017 "Justice For All" Award

Litigator is honored by the organization’s Diversity Section

Boise, Idaho – Stoel Rives LLP is pleased to announce that partner Wendy Olson has been selected by the Idaho State Bar’s (ISB) Diversity Section as the recipient of its 2017 “Justice for All” award. The award highlights the progress and impact an individual has made in bringing opportunities of the law to bear to promote diversity and protect against discrimination in race, ethnic background, national origin, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation, sexual preference, poverty, age, or family status. Olson will be honored at an awards breakfast at ISB’s Annual Meeting in Moscow, ID, on July 13. More information can be found here.

The Diversity Section of the ISB promotes the education, training and networking of diversity practitioners. In giving the award to Olson, members of the ISB recognized her for “the incredible work that [she] has done in Idaho to protect the rights of our citizens and to promote equal access to justice for everyone.”

Olson, former U.S. Attorney for the District of Idaho, practices as a partner in Stoel Rives’ Litigation group and focuses her practice on government investigations, white collar criminal defense and civil litigation. She has over two decades of experience prosecuting white collar crime cases along with criminal civil rights violations, child sexual exploitation cases and Idaho’s only federal death penalty case.
