Schréder Acquires Leading North American Lighting Manufacturer Ligman Lighting USA

Stoel Rives LLP represented Schréder in its acquisition of Ligman Lighting USA, an urban lighting manufacturer. The terms of the sale were not disclosed.

Founded in 1907 in Belgium, Schréder, which operates in more than 70 countries on six continents and has been present in the North American lighting market since 1992, is the leading independent provider of smart outdoor lighting solutions worldwide.

Oregon-based Ligman was founded in 2010 and supplies a range of urban lighting options, including luminaires, poles, floodlights, and bollards.

Jason Brauser led the Stoel Rives team that represented Schréder, which included Kristopher Jensen, Nick Gourley, Matt Wilmot, and others.
